At Yalon Swarovski, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you can return or exchange items within 14 days of receipt, provided they are in their original, unused condition.

Return Process

  Securely place the items in their original Swarovski packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the product is protected from damage during transit.

  Ship the Package

  Send the package back to our logistics center using a trackable shipping method or drop it off at one of our authorized boutique locations.

• 4.
  Quality Check and Refund

  Once we receive and inspect your returned items, we will process your refund or ship your replacement item within 7 business days.
